Lucretia BOYNTON was the administrator of Thomas HAIRSTON's estate after August 1838; Various Jasper County Court Minutes indicate that Lucretia Hairston, Moses B. Hairston, Charles C. Hairston and Thomas K. Slaughter were the administrators of Thomas Hairston's estate.

Court Record

In April of 1844, Moses B. Hairston, Charles C. Hairston, Lucretia Hairston and Thomas K. Slaughter petition the court for interest from the estate of John Fotaly, deceased. - Jasper Declarations of Intentions 1843-1845, page 351. FSL #8188530 image 183.

Death*

Lucretia BOYNTON died on 24 August 1844 at age 56.¹
