He was the son of Thomas HAIRSTON and Lucretia BOYNTON.1 
ProbateMoses Boynton HAIRSTON was the administrator of Thomas HAIRSTON's estate after August 1838; Various Jasper County Court Minutes indicate that Lucretia Hairston, Moses B. Hairston, Charles C. Hairston and Thomas K. Slaughter were the administrators of Thomas Hairston's estate.
