This is based on Jonathan and Jenney Hayes selling property in Jackson County, Georgia to Samuel Phillips on 4 September 1796. Jane Phillips is mentioned in documents from 1782 to 1787 as Jane, Jenny or Jennet Phillips.3,4,5
