Burial*She was buried in Chatham Burial Park, Pittsylvania, Virginia. Marker reads: "HAIRSTON - NICHOLAS HARDEMAN FEB. 9, 1853 - MAR. 3, 1920 -- ROSA C. HAIRSTON DEC. 18, 1867 - DEC. 6, 1944."1
