WillCharles PATTY was mentioned in the will of Jesse PATTY on 9 November 1795 in Union County, South Carolina; The will lists his wife Delilah, sons Charles, John, James, Joshua and Lorobabel and daughters Mary Patty and Deliah Mullins. Wills states that Joshua and Lorobabel are both minors. James Patty (his brother), James Lindsey and Jacob Woolbright are witnesses to the will.1
