This case lasted from 23 May 1745 to 27 May 1746 in Albemarle County, Virginia. It appeard in court records 10 times. A John Heard and William Heard are listed as an adjacent land owners to Andrew Hairstone in a deed dated 29 April 1783 in Deed Book E, page 392. - On 23 May 1745, Albemarle Order Book 1744-1748, page 19.
