The 1900 Census for Jacob W. Higdon is on 2 census pages as follows: In 1900 Federal Census, Joseph P. Blankenship, the son of John and Sena Blankenship, is listed as the nephew of Jacob W. Higdon, the son of Robert Daniel Higdon. Therefore, Jacob W. Higdon had a sister who married a Blankenship and they had a son named Joseph Blankenship. The father of Jacob W.
