NOTE*NOTE: There are references that say Judith Sparrell was a ward of Gov. W. B. Giles, but he was born in 1762 and she was married when he was just 5 years old. "Roots in Virginia" states she was about 13 years older than Gov. W. B. Giles of Virginia.1
