Newspaper"JOB SUIT (By Associated Press) COLUMBUS, Miss., April 4. -- A suit involving the clerkship of the Lowndes county town of Crawford, located near here, is on file in chanceery court for hearing next week. Edwin M. Ervin and Brown C. Hairston filed suit against M. R. Henkel and J. D. Frazier, asking an injunction which would direct Henkel, clerk and tax collector of the town for a number of years, to turn over to Hairston all books and records.
