Census 1880Robert T. TAYLOR appeared on the 1880 census of John BLANKENSHIP on 1 June 1880 in Ward 5, Union Parish, Louisiana; John Blankenship 18 (parents born in Alabama), wife Sena 25 (she had been married to a Mr. Taylor and had 4 children; Benjamin 8, Allen 6, Travis 4 and Robert 3) and John and Sena's new daughter Mary, born in February 1880.1

Death*Robert T. TAYLOR died on 24 January 1947 in West Monroe, Ouachita Parish, Louisiana. 
Obituary*ROBERT T. TAYLOR

Funeral services were held for Robert T. Taylor, 71, former resident of Bearskin community, Satursday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the West Monroe Liberty Baptist church with rev. A. T. Mitchell, pastor of the Ridge Avenue Baptist church, Monrow, officiating. Intermnet was in the Liberty cemetery.

Mr. Taylor, who died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. C. W. Krumm, in West Monroe Friday, is survived by his wife, Mrs. Johnnie Taylor, West Monroe; two sons, Judson of Birmingham, Ala., A. G. of Alexandria; two daughters, Mrs. Tom Golson of Eros and Mrs. Krumm; one brother, Ben Taylor, West Monroe, and 10 grandchildren.

Pallbearers were R. L. Butler, Fred Barefoot, J. P. Golson, Reece Camp, Ewell Camp and F. P. Wilson.

Final arrangements were under the direction of the Catron-Gay Funeral home.
